Owners, Greg and Cheryl Haskett have a 3rd Generation farm in Oxford County and launched their gourmet line of ice cream March 2019. They use all Ontario Goat milk, cream and curd and try to source other ingredients locally and sustainably. They use real ingredients (Real purees and juice, Merlot wine from Beamsville, Craft coffee infused porter beer from Woodstock, English Lavender from Simcoe). Using goat milk creates a sophisticated flavour profile that marries well with the high quality ingredients and is also easily digestible by those who are lactose intolerant. Owners Greg and Cheryl care about supporting local, but also global agriculture, and so 10c from each pint purchased goes to purchase goats through their partnership with World Vision for impoverished families.
